Applications and Certifications for Volunteers

  • Adult Leader Enrollment Packet: ALL approved 4-H Adult Volunteers must enroll each year, either online at https://v2.4honline.com or with a paper enrollment packet.
  • New Adult Volunteer Application: To apply, you need to complete the Clackamas County 4-H New Adult Volunteer Application. Please download and print the application, or contact Kelly Redwine to receive the document via DocuSign.
